1. Normal dosage for adults: 0.6g a day, once or divided into two times. For adults, the total amount per day should not exceed 1.0g. 2. The usual dosage for children has not been established.

The bactericidal mechanism of metronidazole has not been fully elucidated. Nitro reductase of anaerobic bacteria plays an important role in energy metabolism of sensitive strains. The nitro group of this product is reduced to a kind of cytotoxicity, which acts on the DNA metabolism process of bacteria and promotes cell death. Resistant bacteria often lack nitroreductase and thus are resistant to metronidazole. Fenbufen is a long - acting non - steroidal anti - inflammatory analgesic drug. After entering the body, it is metabolized into diphenyl ethyl ester, which can inhibit the activity of epoxidase, reduce the synthesis of prostaglandin and produce anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.
