Main ingredients The main ingredient of this product is griseofulvin.

Indications This product is suitable for the treatment of a variety of tinea capitis, tinea pedicle, tinea body, tinea cruris, tinea pedis and tinea onychylosis. The above mentioned psoriasis is caused by ringworm rhizoma crimson, ringworm rhizoma, ringworm rhizoma, ringworm interphalangeal rhizoma, as well as microsporidia auduin, microsporidia Canis, microsporidia gypsum and flocculent epidermis. This product should not be used for mild, limited superficial fungal infection and local use of antifungal drugs have been effective. Adverse Reactions 1. Nervous system headache is common and can occur in about 10% of patients. It is more serious at the beginning and can be alleviated by continuing medication. Others have somnolence, fatigue, etc. Occasionally vertigo, ataxia and peripheral neuritis occur.

2. Digestive system A few patients may have upper abdominal discomfort, nausea or diarrhea, which is generally mild and tolerated by patients.

3. Anaphylaxis can occur in about 3% of patients with skin rash, occasionally angioneurotic edema, persistent urticaria, exfoliative dermatitis, and a few patients with photosensitive dermatitis.

4. This product can cause peripheral blood leukocyte decrease, can cause hepatic toxicity and proteinuria occasionally.

Contraindicated porphyria, liver failure, pregnant women and people allergic to this product are contraindicated.

Note 1. Since griseofulvin was obtained from penicillium, it is speculated that this drug may be cross-allergic to penicillins or penicillamine. However, this situation has not been clinically confirmed, but patients with penicillin allergy still need to be cautious when using this product and observe closely.

Data on the use of this product in children under 2 years of age are lacking.

There is no research data on the application of this product and its relationship with age in the elderly.

1. When taken together with ethanol, tachycardia, sweating, flushing of the skin, etc., should not be used together.

2. When used together with warfarin, coumarin and other anticoagulants, this product may make the liver of the first two drugs replace the strength of anticoagulants and weaken the effect of anticoagulants, so it is necessary to monitor the prothrombin time to adjust the dose.

3. When combined with primoridone and phenobarbital drugs, the antifungal effect of this product can be weakened, which may be related to the reduced absorption of this product by barbiturates, and the decrease of blood drug concentration due to the induction of liver enzymes to inactivate and increase the speed of this product, so the combination of this kind of drugs and this product should be avoided.
