Indication:
It is suitable for those caused by sensitive bacteria
1. Urogenital infection, including simple and complex urinary tract infection, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme producing strains).
2. Respiratory tract infection, including acute attack of bronchial infection caused by sensitive gram negative bacilli and pulmonary infection.
3. Gastrointestinal tract infection is caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.
4. Typhoid fever.
5. Bone and joint infection.
6. Skin and soft tissue infection.
7. Sepsis and other systemic infections.

Usage and dosage:Oral administration.
Common dosage for adults:
1. Bronchial infection and pulmonary infection: 0.2g (2 tablets) once, twice a day, or 0.1g (1 tablet) once, three times a day for 7-14 days.
2. Acute simple lower urinary tract infection: 0.1g (1 tablet) twice a day for 5-7 days; Complicated urinary tract infection: 0.2g (2 tablets) once, twice a day, or 0.1g (1 tablet) once, three times a day, the course of treatment was 10-14 days.
3. Bacterial prostatitis: 0.2g (2 tablets) twice a day for 6 weeks.
The common dosage for adults is 0.3-0.4g (3-4 tablets) per day, which can be taken 2-3 times. For those with severe infection or poor sensitivity to pathogens, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the therapeutic dosage for Pseudomonas infection can also be increased to 0.6g (6 tablets) per day, which can be taken 3 times.

Adverse reactions
1. Gastrointestinal reactions: abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting.
2. Central nervous system reaction may include dizziness, headache, drowsiness or insomnia.
3. Allergic reaction: rash, pruritus, occasionally exudative erythema multiforme and angioneurotic edema. Photosensitive reaction is rare.
4. Occasionally:
Seizures, mental disorders, restlessness, confusion, hallucinations, tremors.
Hematuria, fever, rash and other manifestations of interstitial nephritis.
Phlebitis.
Crystallized urine, more common in high-dose application.
Joint pain.
5. A small number of patients may have elevated serum aminotransferase, increased blood urea nitrogen and decreased peripheral white blood cells, which are mostly mild and transient.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for patients allergic to this product and fluoroquinolones.

Matters needing attention:
1. Because most Escherichia coli are resistant to fluoroquinolones, urine culture samples should be taken before administration, and the drug use should be adjusted according to the results of bacterial drug sensitivity.
2. Crystallized urine may occur when the product is used in large dose or the pH value of urine is above 7. In order to avoid the occurrence of crystal urine, it is advisable to drink more water and keep the 24-hour urine volume above 1200ml.
3. The dosage should be adjusted according to the renal function.
4. Avoid overexposure to sunlight when using this product. Stop taking this product in case of photosensitive reaction or other allergic symptoms.
5. When the liver function is decreased, if it is severe (ascites due to cirrhosis), the drug clearance can be reduced, and the blood drug concentration increases, especially when the liver and kidney function are decreased. It is necessary to weigh the pros and cons and adjust the dosage.
6. Patients with original central nervous system diseases, such as epilepsy and history of epilepsy, should avoid the application, and carefully weigh the advantages and disadvantages when there are indications.
7. There are occasional reports of Achilles tendon inflammation or Achilles tendon rupture. If the above symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately until the symptoms disappear.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
Animal experiments have not confirmed the teratogenic effect of quinolones, but there is no clear conclusion on the study of pregnant women. In view of the fact that this drug can cause joint lesions in juvenile animals, it is forbidden for pregnant women, and breast-feeding should be suspended for lactating women.
