Indication:

Preventive treatment of typical (with aura) or atypical (without aura) migraine.
Symptomatic treatment of vertigo caused by vestibular dysfunction

Usage and dosage:1. Preventive treatment of migraine
-Starting dose: for patients under 65 years old, 2 pills can be given every night at the beginning of treatment, while for patients over 65 years old, 1 pill can be given every night. In case of depression, extrapyramidal reaction and other serious adverse reactions, the drug should be stopped in time. If there is no obvious improvement after 2 months of treatment, it can be considered that the patient has no response to the drug and can stop using the drug.
-Maintenance treatment: if the curative effect is satisfactory, patients need to maintain treatment, should be reduced to every 7 days for 5 consecutive days (the same dose) and stop for 2 days. Even if preventive maintenance therapy is effective and well tolerated, the drug should be stopped after 6 months of treatment, and the drug should be taken again only in the case of recurrence.
2. Dizziness
The daily dose should be the same as above, but the drug should be stopped in time after controlling the symptoms. The first course of treatment is usually less than 2 months. If the symptoms do not improve after 1 month of treatment for chronic vertigo or 2 months of treatment for sudden vertigo, it should be considered that the patient has no response to the product and should stop taking the drug.
