Indication:
It is mainly used in allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases. It is suitable for connective tissue disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, severe bronchial asthma, dermatomyositis, vasculitis and other allergic diseases, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma and other adrenocortical hormone drugs

Usage and dosage:Oral administration. Generally, 5-10mg (1-2 tablets) at a time and 10-60mg (2-12 tablets) a day. The increase or decrease of the amount as necessary shall be determined by the doctor.
1. for systemic lupus erythematosus, nephrotic syndrome, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia and other autoimmune diseases, 40-60mg (8-12 tablets) per day can be given, and the disease will gradually decrease after the disease is stable.
2. for allergic diseases such as drug dermatitis, urticaria and asthma, 20-40mg (4-8 tablets) a day, the symptoms will be reduced and 5mg (one tablet) will be reduced every 1-2 days.
3. to prevent the rejection of organ transplantation, 100mg (20 tablets) was taken daily from 1 to 2 days before operation, and 60mg (12 tablets) per day was changed one week after operation, and then gradually decreased.

Adverse reactions
It is easy to cause diabetes, peptic ulcer and Cushing like syndrome in large dosage, and has strong inhibitory effect on hypothalamus pituitary adrenal axis. Infection was the main adverse reaction.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for patients with allergic history of this product and adrenocortical hormone drugs. Hypertension, thrombosis, gastric and duodenal ulcer, psychosis, abnormal electrolyte metabolism, myocardial infarction, visceral surgery, glaucoma and other patients are generally not suitable for use. In special cases, weigh the pros and cons and pay attention to the possibility of deterioration.
