Indication:
This product can be treated before the culture results and other laboratory research results are known; however, once the results are available, the anti infection treatment should be adjusted accordingly.
The rational use of antifungal drugs should refer to official guidelines.
Tinea capitis: fluconazole has been used in the treatment of tinea capitis in children. The results showed that fluconazole was not better than griseofulvin, and the overall success rate was less than 20%. Therefore, this product should not be used for tinea capitis.
Cryptococcosis: the use of fluconazole in other areas of cryptococcosis (e.g., lung and skin cryptococcosis)
There is little evidence of curative effect, so it is not recommended to use, and the usage and dosage are not recommended.
Endemic deep mycosis: there is little evidence for the efficacy of fluconazole in the treatment of other types of endemic mycosis, such as paraglomycosis, cutaneous lymphatic sporotrichosis and histoplasmosis. Usage and dosage: This product is suitable for clinical fungal infection according to the following results:
1. Adults
1) This product is suitable for the treatment of adult patients with the following fungal infections
Cryptococcal meningitis;
Coccidiosis;
Invasive candidiasis;
Mucosal candidiasis, including oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis, candiduria and chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis;
Chronic atrophic oral candidiasis (denture stomatitis) with poor oral hygiene or local treatment.
In the absence of appropriate local treatment, acute or recurrent vaginal candidiasis should be treated;
In the absence of appropriate local treatment, the treatment of candidal balanitis is necessary;
When there are indications for systemic treatment, dermatomycosis includes tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor, etc
And Candida infection in skin;
In the absence of other appropriate drugs, the treatment of tinea nail (onychomycosis);
2) This product is suitable for preventing the following fungal infections in adult patients:

Adverse reactions
1. Common gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhea.
2. Allergic reaction: it can be manifested as rash, occasionally severe exfoliative dermatitis (often accompanied by liver function damage), exudative erythema multiforme.
3. Hepatotoxicity: mild transient elevation of serum aminotransferase may occur during treatment, and occasionally hepatotoxic symptoms may occur, especially in patients with severe underlying diseases (such as AIDS and cancer).
4. Dizziness and headache can be seen.
5. Some patients, especially those with severe underlying diseases (such as AIDS and cancer), may have abnormal renal function.
6. The peripheral hemogram, transient neutropenia and thrombocytopenia may occasionally occur, especially in patients with severe underlying diseases (such as AIDS and cancer).

Matters needing attention:
1. Since the product is mainly excreted from the kidney, it is necessary to check the renal function regularly during the treatment. The dosage should be reduced for patients with renal dysfunction.
2. The long-term prophylactic use of this product in immunodeficient patients has led to the increase of drug resistance of Candida to imidazole antifungal agents such as fluconazole. Therefore, it is necessary to master the indications and avoid preventive use without indications.
3. Mild transient elevation of serum aminotransferase may occur during the treatment, and occasionally hepatotoxic symptoms may occur. Therefore, the liver function should be checked regularly before and during the treatment, and the drug should be stopped immediately in case of continuous abnormal liver function or clinical symptoms of hepatotoxicity.
4. The combination of this product with hepatotoxic drugs, taking this product for more than two weeks or taking this product multiple times of the commonly used dose can increase the incidence of hepatotoxicity. It needs to be closely observed, and the liver function should be checked every two weeks before and during the treatment.
5. The course of application of this product depends on the site of infection and individual treatment response. General treatment should continue until the clinical manifestations of fungal infection and laboratory examination indicators show that fungal infection disappeared. AIDS patients with cryptococcal meningitis or recurrent oropharyngeal candidiasis need long-term maintenance treatment to prevent recurrence.
6. If severe granulocytopenia has occurred in advance in patients receiving bone marrow transplantation, it should be used prophylactically until 7 days after the neutrophil count rises to more than 1 × 109 / L.
7. For patients with renal impairment, the dosage can be adjusted according to the above plan (see usage and dosage); hemodialysis patients can be given one day dosage of this product after each dialysis, because 3 hours of hemodialysis can reduce the blood concentration of this product by about 50%.
