Usage and dosage:The recommended daily dietary intake is 5-9mg for newborn to 3 years old, 12mg for 4-6 years old, 13mg for 7-10 years old, 15-20mg for male adolescents and adults, 13-15mg for female adolescents and adults, 17mg for pregnant women and 20mg for lactating mothers.
Oral administration: for prevention and treatment of pellagra, 50 ~ 200mg (1 ~ 4 tablets) each time and 500mg (10 tablets) every day.

Adverse reactions
Some have dizziness, nausea, epigastric discomfort, loss of appetite, etc.

Taboo:
Not yet clear.

Matters needing attention:
Nicotinamide has no vasodilator effect. Nicotinamide can be used in patients with hypertension when needed.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
Overdose in early pregnancy may cause teratogenesis..
