[Indications] It is suitable for acute tonsillitis, pharyngitis, otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections and skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria. This product is oral preparation, not suitable for severe infection.

[Usage and Dosage] Adult dose: oral, usually 250 ~ 500mg, 4 times a day, the highest dose of 4G a day. Patients with renal dysfunction should reduce the dosage of drugs according to the degree of renal dysfunction. Patients with simple cystitis, skin and soft tissue infection and streptococcal pharyngitis 500mg every 12 hours. Oral dose for children: 25 ~ 50mg/kg per body weight, 4 times a day. Patients with skin and soft tissue infection and streptococcal angina, 12.5-50mg /kg once, twice a day.

Other enterobacteriaceae bacteria, acinetobacter, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacteroides fragilis showed drug resistance to this product. Clostridium and Veroniae are generally sensitive to this product, while anaerobic gram-positive cocci are moderately sensitive to this product. 2 The oral median lethal dose of cephalexin was 2600mg/kg.
