Indication:
It is a broad-spectrum anti trematode and tapeworm drug. It is suitable for all kinds of schistosomiasis, clonorchiasis, paragonimiasis, fasciolosis, taeniasis and cysticercosis.

Usage and dosage:1. Treatment of trematode
(1) Schistosomiasis: all kinds of chronic schistosomiasis were treated with a total dose of 60 mg / kg for 1-2 days, 2-3 times a day between meals. The total dose of acute schistosomiasis was 120 mg / kg, 2-3 times a day for 4 days. If the weight is more than 60kg, it is calculated as 60kg.
(2) Clonorchiasis: the total dose was 210 mg / kg, three times a day for three days.
(3) Paragonimiasis: 25mg / kg, 3 times a day for 3 days.
(4) Ginger leaf worm disease: 15mg / kg, once taken.
2. Treatment of taeniasis
(1) Taeniasis of beef and pork: 10mg / kg, taken in the morning, magnesium sulfate taken 1 hour later.
(2) Hymenolepis diminuta and schizocephalosis PLATYPHYLLUM: 25mg / kg, orally.
3. The total dose for cysticercosis was 120 ~ 180 mg / kg, which was taken 3 ~ 5 days and 2 ~ 3 times a day.

Adverse reactions
1. The common side effects are dizziness, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, limb soreness, etc. generally, the degree is light and the duration is short, which does not affect the treatment and does not need to be treated.
2. A few cases had palpitation, chest tightness and other symptoms, ECG showed T wave changes and extrasystole, occasionally supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation.
3. Transient elevation of transaminase may occur in a few cases.
4. Occasionally can induce mental disorders or gastrointestinal bleeding.

Taboo:
It is forbidden for patients with ocular cysticercosis.

Matters needing attention:
1. In the treatment of parasites in tissues, such as Schistosoma, Paragonimus, cysticercosis and so on, a large number of antigen substances are released after the body is killed, which can cause fever, eosinophilia, rash and occasionally anaphylactic shock. Therefore, it must be observed.
2. Patients with cerebral cysticercosis need to be hospitalized, supplemented by the prevention and treatment of brain edema and reducing high intracranial pressure (Application and dehydrating agent) or the prevention and treatment of status epilepticus, in order to prevent accidents.
3. In the case of ocular cysticercosis, the worm should be removed first and then treated with medicine.
4. Patients with severe heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease and psychiatric history should be cautious.
5. For those who have obvious nervous system reactions such as dizziness and drowsiness, driving and mechanical operation are not allowed during the treatment and within 24 hours after drug withdrawal.
6. In order to avoid accidents, recessive cerebral cysticercosis should be excluded from the treatment of cysticercosis.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
Lactating women should not feed milk during the period of taking medicine until 72 hours after stopping taking medicine.
